1. Can I manage my Recognition Card online?
It’s easy to manage your account online 24 hours a day. You can make payments, check your balance, view transactions, or email customer services with a query – all in a couple of clicks. Follow these simple steps: Select ‘Manage Your Account’ from the navigation above, and select ‘Register Now’
If your Account Card starts with the digits 633128, unfortunately this service is not available to you.

- Make a payment online – simply click on the tab ‘Manage Your Account’ to log in or register.
- Call House of Fraser Card Services on 0871 522 5827 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes) and pay with a Debit Card over the phone. You can also arrange to set up a Direct Debit so there's no need to worry about missing a payment. The lines are open from 8am – 9pm, 7 days a week.
- Post a cheque to House of Fraser Card Services, PO Box 700, Leeds LS99 2BD (please make it payable to Santander Cards UK Limited). Please allow up to 7 working days for your payment to reach us.
- Pay over the counter at your bank, building society or post office. Please allow up to 5 working days for your payment to reach us.
- Arrange to make a payment with your own bank either online or by telephone. Please use the bank account number and sort code given on your latest statement and allow up to 5 working days for your payment to reach us.
- Use a Debit Card or cash at any UK House of Fraser store. Please allow up to 2 working days for your payment to reach us.
- Set up a postal order. Please allow up to 7 working days for your payment to reach us.

You can make additional payments to your account at anytime using the standard payment options detailed above. However, extra payments must reach us at least four days before your Direct Debit is due, to allow us to cancel it for that month.

If you request an increased credit limit, we will consider such factors as your payment history and when your last increase was. We may also use credit referencing to consider your request.

If you wish to make a change to your name, you must write to us providing a copy of a legal document, which confirms your name change (for example, a marriage certificate), for verification purposes. Yes, you can add up to 3 people to your account at no extra cost. Additional cardholders must be aged 18 and over and will share your credit limit. You are responsible for all use of the card by the additional cardholder. You will be given the opportunity to add additional cardholders to you account when you apply. If you are already a cardholder and wish to add someone to your account you can call House of Fraser Card Services on 0871 522 5827 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras.
