1. Can I collect points on all my purchases?

You can collect points on most purchases made in store and online. There are a few exclusions including: gift vouchers, gift cards, restaurants, white goods and financial services. Please note that you will only collect points when you use your Recognition Card to pay for your purchases.

2. How many points do I collect per £1 spent?

• You will collect 3 Recognition points for every £1 you spend when you pay with your Recognition MasterCard or Account Card in House of Fraser stores
• If you have a Recognition MasterCard you will earn 1 Recognition point for every £1 you spend anywhere else
• You will collect 6 Recognition points for every £1 you spend with your Recognition MasterCard or Account Card at www.houseoffraser.co.uk

3. How can I keep track of how many points I've collected?

• Your monthly statement will show your current points balance
• You can check how many Recognition points you have by clicking here
• Register to manage your account by clicking here. Unfortunately this facility is not available to cardmembers whose card number starts with the digits 633128.
• When you use a Recognition Card in a House of Fraser store, you will see your points balance up to and including the previous day on your receipt
• You can check your points balance over the phone by calling 0871 522 5827 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes).

4. How many Recognition points must I collect to receive a reward voucher?

When you accumulate 2000 points or more, we’ll send you a £20 reward voucher and another £10 reward voucher for every additional 1000 points. We’ll also carry forward your Recognition points towards your next reward voucher for up to 12 months. After 12 months your points will expire.

5. When will I receive my reward vouchers?

If you've collected 2000 points or more, we'll send you reward vouchers in February, May, August and November along with your monthly statement.

6. When do my reward vouchers expire?

Your reward vouchers will expire on the expiry date shown on the reward voucher (3 months from the date of issue). Expired reward vouchers are not valid and will not be replaced, nor will points to which they relate be re-instated.

7. Where can I redeem my Recognition reward vouchers?

Reward vouchers can be used against purchases made in any UK House of Fraser store. Reward vouchers can only be redeemed by the primary cardholder. For reward voucher Terms and Conditions click here
