1. Where can I use my Recognition Card?
If you have a Recognition Account Card, you will be able to use your card and collect Recognition points in store and at www.houseoffraser.co.uk.
If you have a Recognition MasterCard you will also be able to use your card and collect points wherever you see the MasterCard logo both in the UK and abroad, online and on the high street.

If you have a Recognition MasterCard, you can use this at any ATM where MasterCard® is accepted - more than one million ATMs in over 210 countries and territories. For more information visit www.mastercard.com. You cannot use a Recognition Account Card to withdraw cash.

You will be charged 3% for cash transactions (where permitted on your account) with a minimum fee of £3.00. Interest is charged from the date the transaction is added to the Account.

You can make purchases at over 24 million places worldwide, wherever you see the MasterCard logo. Please note that occasionally, for fraud prevention and security purposes, transactions may be declined or referred when your Card is used abroad. Santander Cards UK Limited adheres to a number of financial sanction regimes which may affect your ability to use your Card abroad. For details of any current restrictions, you should contact us before travelling on 0871 552 5840, (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras. Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes). All Transactions in currencies other than sterling will be converted into sterling on the day they are added to your Account at an exchange rate set by the payment scheme provider on the day the Transaction is processed together with the foreign exchange fee. The exchange rate used may differ from the rate when the Transaction was made as exchange rates vary on a daily basis. The exchange rate used when such Transactions are made and the amount of the Transactions in sterling following application of the exchange rate will be set out in your statement. If you use your card regularly you will receive a statement every month. If you find that you rarely use your card, we'll still send you a statement at least once a year.

Your credit limit will be communicated to you at the point of application and is subject to your individual circumstances. If you would like to increase your credit limit or have it reduced, please call House of Fraser Card Services on 0871 522 5827 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network exras.
