The Recognition Loyalty Card is simply a reward card. We no longer issue new cards, but it’s still accepted in all UK House of Fraser stores.

With the Loyalty Card you can collect points towards reward vouchers – here’s how it works...
 

RECEIVE 1 POINT PER £1
spent in all UK House of Fraser stores

1000 POINTS = £10 REWARD VOUCHER
plus a £10 reward voucher for every additional 1000 points
 

Reward vouchers are sent out quarterly in February, May, August and November. Any unused points will be carried forward towards your next 1000 points, but any points not used will expire after 12 months.
