1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the collection and use of Recognition points, reward vouchers and any offers associated with the Recognition Reward Programme for the House of Fraser MasterCard and Account Card.
2. The Terms set out the terms of the contract between House of Fraser (Stores) Limited ("House of Fraser", "We" or "Us") and you, the cardmember.
3. The Recognition Reward Programme is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or above, excluding any person eligible for House of Fraser staff discount. House of Fraser staff can only earn Recognition points if they have a Recognition MasterCard. The House of Fraser MasterCard and Account Card cannot be used in conjunction with the House of Fraser Recognition Reward Card.
4. Points are available on qualifying purchases made within participating House of Fraser stores (including www.houseoffraser.co.uk) excluding gift vouchers, gift cards, financial services and any non-participating departments. Customers with a House of Fraser MasterCard can also earn Recognition points on purchases made outside House of Fraser stores.
5. Purchases must be charged to the card in order to receive the relevant Recognition points.
6. Reward vouchers can only be used as part payment on purchases from selected departments. Please check whether Recognition points are available or Recognition reward vouchers may be used at the till before making your purchase.
7. Points will be awarded for every complete £1 you spend on all qualifying purchases. House of Fraser reserves the right to amend this structure as and when it deems necessary. Current points and reward voucher information is available in store and on this website.
8. Every three months we will check to see whether you have collected the requisite number of points. If so, we will send you reward vouchers which correspond to the number of points you have collected. If you have any points left over after your reward vouchers have been issued, the unused points shall be carried forward towards your next reward voucher for a maximum of 12 months.
9. Telephone conversations may be monitored and/or recorded to assist in improving our customer services.
10. In the event of a refund of goods where the original purchase attracted Recognition points, all such Recognition points will be deducted.
11. Reward vouchers must be used by the date shown and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.
12. Points cannot be transferred from one cardmember to another.
13. Points shall become invalid when the account is closed and may not be subsequently redeemed.
14. House of Fraser reserves the right to amend or terminate the Recognition Reward Programme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice.
15. You are responsible for notifying us if your details change. House of Fraser is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail, email or SMS.
16. Any and all points that have not been issued or used towards reward vouchers as and when the Programme terminates shall become void. Reward vouchers already issued prior to the termination of the Programme shall remain valid until the expiry date printed on them.
17. These Terms are subject to English Law. House of Fraser’s liability for a breach by us of these Terms shall be limited to you. If you suffer loss as a result of such breach, our sole liability shall be to credit you with points in the event that such Recognition points were incorrectly deducted or should have been credited but were not.
18. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
19. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising, marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

21. The Recognition Reward Programme for the House of Fraser MasterCard and Account Card is administered by Santander Cards UK Limited on behalf of House of Fraser. House of Fraser retains the sole responsibility for the redemption of reward vouchers arising from participation in the Recognition Reward Programme. These terms and conditions do not form any part of your credit agreement to which separate terms and conditions apply.
22. House of Fraser may refuse to redeem reward vouchers and/or authorise the issue of Recognition points if it considers that the Recognition Reward Programme and/or the card are being misused, or if you are in breach of any of the terms of your account agreement with Santander Cards UK Limited.

Reward Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Reward vouchers are valid against a single transaction at participating House of Fraser stores and are subject to these conditions and the terms of the Recognition Reward Programme.
2. Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in part payment of goods.
3. Selected departments may not be participating – please check before making your purchase.
4. Reward vouchers cannot be used in payment of an account or for the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.
5. Reward vouchers are valid for use up to and including the expiry date shown unless otherwise specified.
6. In the event that the Recognition Reward Programme is terminated, reward vouchers will remain valid until the expiry date shown.
7. Reward voucher are valid only when presented with the corresponding Recognition Card.
8. Reward vouchers can be used in conjunction with a Recognition offer voucher, subject to the terms and conditions of that offer.
9. Reward vouchers can only be used once, and must be submitted upon redemption.
10. Reward vouchers cannot be used for purchases made prior to receipt of the reward voucher.
11. One or more reward vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction or in part payment of goods.
12. Reward vouchers are not transferable and duplicates cannot be issued.
13. House of Fraser will refund any returned goods purchased in accordance with its current refund policy – any reward voucher used in that purchase will be replaced with a gift card of the same value.
14. House of Fraser reserves the right to refuse any reward voucher that it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been duplicated, damaged, misused or defaced in any way.
15. House of Fraser is not responsible for any reward vouchers that are lost, stolen or unused by the expiry date.
