When you use a House of Fraser card in a House of Fraser store, on your receipt you will see your points balance up to and including the previous day.

By phone

You can check your points balance over the phone by calling 0871 522 5827 (calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and security purposes. Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).
