10% Linea Home Voucher – terms and conditions

1. This voucher can be redeemed against merchandise in any UK House of Fraser store (excluding House of Fraser outlet stores in Doncaster, Leicester and Swindon), or online (excluding P&P) when making a single transaction in Linea Home.
2. Payment must be made with a Recognition MasterCard, Account Card or FraserCard. Staff Account Cards and Recognition Loyalty Cards are excluded from this promotion.
3. When redeeming online, the promotional code must be entered online to receive the discount. No discounts can be applied retrospectively. Where all or part of an order is refunded or cancelled, the refund will be the total due less the discount given.
4. This voucher is valid from Sunday 1st until Wednesday 25th November 2009 inclusive.
5. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards. No change will be given.
6. Multiple vouchers cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Only one voucher per customer.
7. This voucher must be submitted in store upon redemption.
8. This voucher has no cash value.
9. House of Fraser will refund any returned goods purchased in accordance with its current refund policy. Any voucher used in that purchase will be replaced with a gift card of the same value.
10. House of Fraser reserves the right to refuse any voucher which it deems in its sole discretion to have been damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
11. House of Fraser is not responsible for any voucher that is lost, stolen or unused by the expiry date.
