About The House of Fraser Loyalty Card

Only customers who regulary use a Recognition Card will receive a new House of Fraser Loyalty Card. If that applies to you we will contact you, in the coming months to explain the changes to the Recognition Reward Programme in more detail. In the meantime your Recognition Card will still be accepted in all UK House of Fraser stores.

If you'd like to earn more Recognition points, you can apply for a House of Fraser MasterCard or Account Card in-store, or a House of Fraser MasterCard online (both cards have a credit facility with a Typical 19.9% APR Variable). If accepted, you will no longer need to use your old Recognition Card and your existing Recognition points balance can be transferred to your new account by calling House of Fraser Card Services.

Using a House of Fraser MasterCard or House of Fraser Account Card to pay for your purchases means that you’ll be able to earn Reward Vouchers even quicker, plus you’ll also receive invitations to exclusive cardholder events and offers.

How you earn points
For every £1 you spend with House of Fraser 2 Recognition points
Number of points you need to receive a Reward Voucher 1000 Recognition points for a £10 Reward Voucher plus a £5 Reward Voucher for every additional 500 points
Recognition points cannot be earned in selected departments or for the
purchase of gift vouchers and financial services.
Reward Vouchers and statements

We send out Reward Vouchers in February, May, August and November. To receive yours, there are a few things you need to remember:

  • reach 1000 Recognition points in one of the quarterly periods and you’ll receive a £10 Reward Voucher
  • any unused Recognition points will go towards your next 1000 points
  • any points not used will expire after 12 months
  • your Reward Vouchers are valid for 3 months
Reward Vouchers can be used against purchases made in any UK House of Fraser store.
