Recognition FraserCard

We now offer a new House of Fraser MasterCard and an Account Card with a typical 19.9% APR (variable). Both of these cards still offer Recognition – one of the most generous reward programmes offered by any UK department store group. The House of Fraser MasterCard also allows you to collect Recognition points not just in-store, but wherever you shop and on whatever you buy.

You can continue to use your existing Recognition FraserCard to pay for all your purchases made in-store and online at www.houseoffraser.co.uk. In order to receive Recognition points for your purchases, you must pay with your card.
However, if you’d like to apply for one of our new cards, visit your local House of Fraser store. A member of staff will take you through the quick and easy application process and if you’re accepted, they’ll be able to tell you which card you’re eligible for straightaway. If accepted, you’ll need to call GE Money on 0870 1242 413† to close your old account, pay off any outstanding balance and transfer Recognition points to your new account.
