1. This Reward Voucher is valid against a single transaction at participating House of Fraser stores and is subject to these conditions and the terms of the Recognition Reward Programme.

2. This Reward Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in part payment of goods.

3. Selected departments may not participate – please check before making your purchase.

4. This Reward Voucher cannot be used in payment of an account or for the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.

5. This Reward Voucher is valid for use up to and including the expiry date shown overleaf unless otherwise specified.

6. In the event that the Recognition Reward Programme is terminated, Reward Vouchers will remain valid until the expiry date overleaf.

7. This Reward Voucher is valid only when presented with the corresponding House of Fraser card.

8. This Reward Voucher can be used in conjunction with a Recognition offer voucher, subject to the terms and conditions of that offer.

9. This Reward Voucher can only be used once, and must be submitted upon redemption.

10. This Reward Voucher cannot be used for purchases made prior to receipt of the Reward Voucher.

11. One or more Reward Vouchers may be redeemed in a single transaction or in part payment of goods.

12. Reward Vouchers are not transferable and duplicates cannot be issued.

13. House of Fraser will refund any returned goods purchased in accordance with its current refund policy – any Reward Voucher used in that purchase will be replaced with a gift card of the same value.

14. House of Fraser reserves the right to refuse any Reward Voucher that it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been duplicated, damaged, misused or defaced in any way.

15. House of Fraser is not responsible for any Reward Vouchers that are lost, stolen or unused by the expiry date.
