Recognition enables you to earn points every time you use your House of Fraser card, so you’ll soon find your points adding up. Once you’ve earned enough Recognition points we’ll send you Reward Vouchers to spend in any UK House of Fraser store, so you can treat yourself next time something special catches your eye.

We give our customers more points for every £1 spent than the reward programmes offered by some other large UK department store groups. But you don’t have to just take our word for it – have a look at the table below:

We send out Reward Vouchers in February, May, August and November along with your monthly statement. To receive yours, there are a few things you need to remember:

• you only collect points when you use your House of Fraser card to pay for your purchases
• reach 1500 Recognition points in one of the quarterly periods and you’ll receive a £15 Reward Voucher
• you’ll receive another £5 Reward Voucher for every additional 500 Recognition points you collect in that time
• any unused Recognition points will be carried forward to your next monthly statement and go towards your next 1500 points
• any points not used will expire after 12 months
• your Reward Vouchers are valid for 3 months

Reward Vouchers can be used against purchases made in any UK House of Fraser store.

If you use your card regularly we will send you a statement every month. As well as showing your purchases and payments, outstanding balance and total Recognition points, your statement will include news of exclusive cardholder offers and new brands arriving in our stores. If you find that you rarely use your card, we’ll still send you a statement at least once a year.
